The taste was off, and it didn’t seem fresh. I’ve never had this issue at other locations. Definitely hope management looks into the quality and cleanliness because this was not a good experience.

You telling me you're going to make me another one was not the way to go. I hope more people read this and understand the lack of service you are giving. The fact that you are on a major road and giving this type of service is crazy.
