Today I placed an order via the application and arrived 15 minutes later and was told they never received my order. Manager said she couldn't do anything about it. Now I am out the money and food. Just the worst! I've complained to corporate several times and nothing gets done. Stay away from this place.

Manager was walking around doing "inventory" like he always is, then yelling at a new employee, one girl was texting the entire time, the other one was getting 1 piece of the egg wraps in the oven at a time. Waited the entire time at the window and didn't get one person to acknowledge me. I come here often so it wasn't a 1 time off thing, it's all the time. I will drive the extra mile to another dunkin next time.

THEN when i get to the counter they tell me (the only person in line now) to wait and proceed with 5 PEOPLE behind the counter to make online orders etc. for like 10 minutes… im just standing there waiting to order. Nonetheless i get my coffee and its gross nothing like how it is at other locations, havent even tried the food yet but im sure its bad too. A place whose whole job is to get people coffee and breakfast before work/school should not SUCK THAT BAD.
