They younger crew doesn't know the difference between a iced latte and a iced shaken espresso. Nothing like tasting iced burnt coffee as soon as you get to work. Yuck. Had to re order from a new store. The smallest thing makes a difference. I even told the guy at the drive through that the drink was wrong and he said they would re make it. Well it was STILL shaken espresso when given back to me. When you work very hard long days Every day and very little sleep, little things like looking forward to your favorite coffee and getting the wrong thing and having to spend even more money plus delivery tip for the right thing isn't cool.
