  Horrible and simply ridiculous the amount of portions they give you for what you pay. Keeps getting more expensive but the portions here keep getting smaller. Other restaurants give more portions so guessing they are preparing for the end of the world for how much they give you.half a scoop of rice on my burrito when smeared was 2 inches by 2 inches of flat rice then half a scoop of beans. Then the chips were only filled ⅓ of the way up. Use to give descent portions but guess new manager dosent care about customer satisfaction .

  Yesterday 12/7/25 i went to this chiptole. when i arrived the staff is always a mess there but my attention was caught by the grill person. He was clearly distracted by everything but the grill. he was not using gloves for the most part but what really did it for me was the fact that i looked at the hot food and something immediately felt wrong but the chicken didn’t look pink or anything but i had a bad feeling. i gave them the benefit of the doubt and completed my order. they had to restock everything when i got there and i asked for fresh guac. he told me to wait and he’ll get it. when i turned around he took the opportunity to scrape the last of the old guac. whatever i want to leave atp. i pay and go home and eat. a couple hours later i woke up and discovered i got food poisoning. i had not eaten anything else but i was extremely sick and it was clear that the employees there mishandle the food. I’m extremely disgusted. just warning everyone to pay attention to he handling of your food anywhere u go especially this chiptole.

  I know today probably wasn't the best day to go being that they had a B1G1 deal going. The line was long which I totally expected. When I reached the counter to place my order I realized why I had stop coming to this location. The food station is always nasty looking, food all over the counter. The brown rice had other food in it. I asked could I get some from the area where they do online orders, got home and the rice was hard. Not to mention there was no Carne Asada, fajitas and black beans. That's another reason why I stopped going to this location. They NEVER have fajitas don't matter what time. Asked could I get some from the online order area but claimed they only had alittle bit, for online orders only. All the tables were dirty. When I got home which takes only about 6 minutes my whole order was cold. My favorite Guacamole had the biggest pieces of onions. Like no one took the time to chop them up. Whoever is the manager should've been working today knowing they had the deal going on. I guess I won't be back here

  Literally came for a bowl and said they don’t have guac. They had the to go section with a new container of guac and said they couldn’t sell it to me cause I have to order through the app …. I’ve never heard of such a thing. So they only prioritize take out orders through the app than customers that come in store. This place is always running out of ingredients and trash bins are always overflowing.

  i work across the street and come here often. there is a lady with braids who is either working or constantly talking with other employees while there is only one person on the line. food portions are never constant today they gave me basically half a bowl and the rice is soaked in oil. gross.
