  Good afternoon. Im writing this because I live on Reese Street so this is my go to place when I'm not cooking breakfast at home. But I have to say I thought dunking donuts was fast food????This place has made me late for work ×2 times. And every morning it's the same thing. The drive thru line is a mile away. Please guys come on get it together. I have to drive 🚗 to my next dunking and it's past my job 🙃 😩 😫 . Very disappointed 😞

  Every visit to this location is extremely disappointing. The staff are ALWAYS confused and unorganized, service is painfully slow, and drinks are almost never made correctly. My most recent order was prepared so poorly that it was completely undrinkable. I pay $5 for a small drink at Dunkin, I’d expect it to at least be drinkable. The order tells you exactly how to make the drink and they still make it wrong, must be so incompetent that they can’t even follow instruction's. This location is a complete waste of time and money!!!

  I used to come here a lot now lately I stopped coming here due to the lack Quality their food taste like they preheated it from the night before that they never sold so they’re trying to sell it again the next day the hashbrowns were so hard that I had to throw them away. The coffee was horrible tasted burnt. I would not recommend this place ever to nobody. There’s other Dunkins around that can do a better job Poor Management

  I have never had an issue at this Dunkin, and it has always been my go to spot. Today was the first time I experienced a problem. I ordered a decaf Dunkalatte and made sure to emphasize that it needed to be decaf. I was still given a caffeinated drink. After drinking it, I started shaking and felt my heart racing while I was driving. It scared me and left me feeling unwell for the rest of the day. I hope the staff double checks orders like this in the future..
