  The Dunkin' is a collaboration with Baskin Robbins Ice Cream in the Promenade West plaza. The dining room was super clean and busy with customers but had plenty of smiling employees. Bought a dozen donuts per my wife's request for her to bring to the front desk employees during a medical procedure. This location has a good supply of variety and specialty donuts and ice cream.

  The service is slow after 6 PM. The manager doesn't help the employees serve customers; I noticed that the person working with him last night called him by name to ask him to help out, but he was more interested in getting ready to close—and this isn't the first time.

  Food was fine but they’re too lazy to do carry out. It clearly says carry out!!

  Laura, possibly the supervisor or manager, is rude and doesn’t know how to control her attitude under stress, even when taking orders at the register. It was busy when I went and they skipped my order, so I asked about it and she decided to then tell me it was because they were out of sparkling water, which wasn’t communicated to me. I told her that wasn’t relayed to me (that way I can pick something else out) and she proceeded to respond “as you can see we’ve been busy.” I get that 100% but that doesn’t accuse for attitude. Very unprofessional.
