In addition to not getting the order correct the employee handling the order gives me an attitude as if I'm the one not capable of reading a screen and following instructions. Management does do anything about it.

- MDMike DJan 28, 20261.0OMG...this is the worst dunkin ever. They really need to just close down. Super Slow no matter when you go in. I once went in on a early Sunday morning I was the only customer and still waited 10min for a med coffee. Dudes all Smiley and stuff while he ignores you. Took my order and instead of giving me my coffee, took another customer that had just walked in. Of course needing donuts and all. When he was finally done he goes to get me my coffee...AND THERE WAS NONE! Like what? Then comes back all Smiley and says "I gotta make some" he starts making and another customer shows up and I'm pushed to the back again. They literally have a white board that has amount of complaints and if you go 2 weeks without complaint "Pizza party". This location just needs to close down. Unfortunately it's the easiest to get to for me but I now drive to the dunkin on 84 and 136.
