- RRRoberto Alves (RG)Apr 6, 20261.0This is literally the worst pizza store I’ve ordered from. Ordered 2 medium pizzas through their app, it’s been 2 and a half hours later and did not receive it. Called the store multiple times, no one answers the phone. After calling literally 15 times, someone answers and tells me my pizza would be here in 30 minutes. It’s been an hour and twenty minutes since that call. Now the store is closed, and they robbed me of my money. This is the second time this happens, at least the first one was through Uber Eats and they refunded me. If you order through the dominos app, be aware they will rob you. It’s literally a scam. THIEFS.

I watched the driver through the dominoes tracker go around and around in circles to several different places before coming to my apartment which is 1.1 miles away from this delivery location. My suggestion is to quote accurate delivery times. And if you are not going to be able to stick to those times either let the customers know or provide a refund if they call. The pizzas themselves were warm and looked good. So that made up for it somewhat.

Waited and hour and never show up, try calling and they never pick up. Drove to the store and the said it should be there soon. After telling them I wanted a fresh pizza not one that has gone around town for and hour, the person in charge simply voided my order, and just said if you want order again. What happen to customer service?
