Serious issues with customers asking to have their burrito rewrote because it was wrapped incorrectly. The attitude for absolutely no reason. This can’t be the person chipotle decides to put in the front of their store to help clients. As I walked away her and all of the other employees at the front were also rude and made comments that I was rude for asking for my burrito to be re-wrapped. Additionally, she made fun of me because I got a vegetarian burrito on GOOD FRIDAY..

The manager needs to teach these employs to do a better job. I will not be coming back. It is expensive and gross here. Felt like I was in a prison cafeteria line tbh.

I came in and the AC was broken and the poor workers were grilling and trying to make the best of the situation and were friendly as always and the store was so hot and uncomfortable for everyone. And I feel like it was so unfair to make people work in an atmosphere like that in the Florida heat. Chipotle do better for your employees they take care of us and you need to take care of them. Its unfair for them. Thank you to all the workers who do there best.
