  The employees attitude made me want to walk out. Very stand off, really condescending. I understand if you’re running out of certain items, i don’t mind the wait but when you roll your eyes, won’t communicate how long the wait is for the item, make me feel like I’m bothering YOU, or just flat out ignoring me, you shouldn’t work in customer service.

  Came in today at 4pm to grab lunch. The person in front of me was helped so I expected to be next. I was just standing there waiting and no one made an attempt to help me. Plenty made eye contact with me so I waited patiently. No one ever came over so I just walked away. This was at 4pm today. I’m a little annoyed so I won’t be back for a while. I never had this problem before, maybe today was a bad day

  Awful customer service. Server lady was super rude. I asked for extra chicken and she refused to serve me.. the lady server was super rude I asked for extra chicken and she put in a tiny piece of chicken and gave attitude… I said to her you didn’t put anything in can you please put in more chicken and she said not unless you get double/pay for extra.. was so stupid I ended up doing it but absolutely ridiculous these people don’t provide good service or give you what you want unless you’re willing to pay extra.. but even so her horrible attitude and unwillingness to help was inexcusable. If I was her manager I would’ve fired her. Never coming back to this location

  Unsanitary and disgusting. I go almost 3 times a week for the last few months, but not as much after this. We saw a huge roach come out of their soda machine, but it crawled back in before we could take a photo. One of the ladys came over saying something in spanish, but when we said it crawled back in she was just like "oh okay" and went back to work, as if she was used to it. The bathroom are also filthy. If you ever get a drink here, look out for a little extra crunch in your Coke.

  El servicio fue excelente hay una muchacha nueva que está entregando las órdenes el día de hoy y me gustó su forma de antender anteriormente, habían otras personas que no se sentía la pasión y el amor por lo que hacen
