  The whole experience with Mark and Blanca was amazing. Mark helped us create the entire vision for our wedding from floor plans to linens to bar set up to staff and then the food! The food is AMAZING from Catering by Mark and we have used them multiple times and will again! There was a perfect flow to the evening and it is all thanks to them. People are still commenting on how good the food was 2 weeks later. Thank you so much!

  We have had the extreme pleasure of having Mark cater many of our Halloween parties. From beginning to end, Mark, Blanca & staff are exceptional! They always go above and beyond to make sure all goes smoothly and it does. And may I add, the food is spectacularly delicious! We love Catering by Mark & will continue to use Mark as our caterer.

  Working with Mark was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, he was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. You can tell he truly cares, not just about the food, but about helping create a beautiful experience. He listened closely, asked all the right questions, and made sure every detail was just right. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine desire to make it special really stood out. The variety and creativity in his menu made it nearly impossible to choose... in the best way possible. We will definitively hire him again

  We just had the pleasure of working with Mark and Blanca and knew things would work out from our first call to this congenial and cooperative couple. Mark catered our birthday party last Sunday and it was a complete success. I watched the service and after the party I checked with my guests. Everyone I spoke with had nothing but praise for the appetizers, the tenderloin, and the sides, as well as the service. When they left, the kitchen was clean, dishes, glasses, and silverware were rinsed and returned to crates they were delivered in, ready for pickup by the rental service. My wife and I are very appreciative of Mark and Blanca and unhesitatingly recommend Catering by Mark.

  Mark helped us with the details from getting floors to tents with lights he knew good companies with reasonable prices. I really liked his service staff they were all really nice and pleasant. We did an at home wedding and it felt just as beautiful as any venue. The food was good especially that ahi tuna appetizer YUM… Mark offered the most for the same value most caters were charging for just the food!!!! Overall Mark made it easier to self plan our wedding and not having to pay extra for a wedding planner.
