The automative voice box was slow and frustrating. The lady at the window was nice and helped me add a chicken sandwiches since the automative drive thru box was taking so long. The fries we received werent fresh and they forgot an order of my large fries. Buns were not fresh either.

Why do all the hamburgers I order have to come with cheese? Like...is that not an option at wendys? Does corporate know how much free cheese they're giving away via their hamburgers? My daughter hates cheese on her burgers and every single time they come with cheese. Either the cooks can't read or they trying to stick it to their employer.

On nous laisse commander sur les bornes pour nous dire après que les produits sont indisponibles et qu’ils peuvent les remplacer par des boissons.
On demande remboursement et ils ont vraiment été agacé et ont pris bien 15min à tous nous rembourser (6personnes)
