  Every time I order my cheeseburgers with extra pickle and extra onion they literally put zero onions, two pickles and no sauces. I order the same thing at every other McDonald’s in creation and it is done right: meat, cheese, ketchup mustard, extra onions and 4+ pickles. I’d rather them just say no than give me only 2 pickles meat and cheese- at least that way I could go elsewhere. This is also a very busy McDonald’s- so it’s not easy to just go in and have them fix it. I will not be returning, I’ve given them 3 times and it’s always the same.

  This McDonald’s is SO bad. I ordered on the mobile app for a curbside pickup today around 10:50am. I got to the parking spot at 10:57. No one came out to car so I went inside the restaurant at 11:10. There were several customers that had been waiting for their food for over 30 minutes. A young man in a red shirt who looked like a manager was standing around with his hands in his pockets while every other stressed out employee were working. Long story short I didn’t leave the restaurant until 11:36am. It took nearly an hour for some pancakes and a breakfast sandwich. No apologies. No explanation. Just unprofessionalism and rudeness. Once I got to my car i noticed I was missing an item, so I walked back in and asked a young lady that was trying to avoid me if she could get me the missing item. She mumbled something and went back to doing what she was doing. Maybe there was a language barrier? I don’t know but very bad service. I can see why this location has so many negative reviews.

  Josh and the crew at the McDonald’s on 49561 US Highway 27 in Davenport, FL were absolutely exceptional! We had a huge party, and they handled everything with so much patience and kindness. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, accommodating, and never made us feel rushed despite the size of our group. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and they made the entire experience enjoyable for everyone. It’s not easy managing a large group, but they did it effortlessly. Thank you all for such amazing service—we will definitely be back!”

  The drive thru employees at this location need proper training on how to take orders, customer service and servers/cooks need training on how to serve food. Attitudes, food is cold and disheveled. Chicken strips super dry, burger and fries cold and prepared in a not. so want to work here...The drive thru employees were just plain rude.

  La noche del 18/3/2026 en el turno de la 1am la manager de nombre Ashley presentó un trato racial hacia mi persona como delivery de doordash, después de esperar más de 15 minutos en la ventana realice la llamada a la tienda preguntando por el pedido y me respondió no hablo Inglés y me trancó la llamada. Volví a llamar y no atendieron el Teléfono para confirmar la orden. Todas la empleadas de turno taparon la situación y no quisieron proporcionarme el nombre de la manager indicando que no sabían cuál era el Nombre de ella trabajando las 4 en el mismo turno. Es un acto de racismo y falta de respeto
