Saturday, February 24, 2026 - The worst customer service ever, and I'm not the type of person to do this, but this is insane. Around 2 p.m., I placed a mobile order. Around 2:17 p.m., I went to grab the food, and a lady at the speaker told me, "Okay, come to the window." When I got to the window, a guy asked me, "What is your order?" I was confused and said, "The mobile order." He said, "Okay, just pull your car in front of the entrance door." He also said, "NEXT TIME, STOP AT THE SPEAKER AND SAY, 'IT'S A MOBILE ORDER,'" which I did. So, when he came with the food, guess what happened? They forgot the NUGGETS, LIKE ALWAYS. I went to the window, and the guy was not there anymore. I told the lady, "They forgot the nuggets." She rolled her eyes and had an attitude. My point is, why do we need to get bad customer service and a bad attitude when they know they are not doing a good job? This store needs better attention from HR or Corporate; the customer service is terrible. I usually do not visit the store often, but after this, never again.
