Ive eaten here before too and I had no issues but now its like come on. They got a bunch of young boys running this location at night time and all they do is play around and talk crap. Not to mention I seen 3 little roaches running around but hey what do I know. No way an order takes 30 minutes to complete thought and I know that for a fact. So irritating

Honestly not even sure how that could possibly be that persons order either since he left, was gone for at least ten minutes and then came back. Mind you, he OPENED one of the crunch wraps completely just to see if it was ours and the lady handed it to a completely different customer. Then they’re gonna tell us they can’t give us a refund since it’s an online order. Y’all are nasty over there. RIP to whoever ordered the two crunchwraps, a quesadilla, and a bean burrito because either your order got given to somebody else and/or it was touched by outside people.

Because of heavy traffic, I couldn’t turn around and go back to get it fixed. Today, I tried to use my reward check-in, and they told me I couldn’t use it inside and had to go through the drive-thru instead. It made no sense, and the staff didn’t seem able to clearly explain why, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. Overall, this location has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I hope they can improve their communication and attention to detail, because right now it’s unacceptable.
