Took it, got back to my office, tea is sweeter than any southern tea I’ve had before, grabbed my water bottle instead, went to eat beef chalupas, they were chicken. Check ALL items before leaving.

Came at 11pm and got yelled at to leave the dining room because "the dining room is close" when posted hours say they close at 3 for dine in and drive through. Went through the drive through where they proceeded to yell at us because "the dining room is open for pick up orders" and i could not receive my food through the drive through. After going inside, another employee yelled further to leave the building, stating I had already talked to a manager and resolved the issue. When I told them I still didn't have my food, said employee and a manager both began to yell at me. Absolutely insane way to treat customers. Avoid this location at all costs

Normally I might let it slide, but this time it really mattered—my kids were excitedly waiting for that dessert. I drove 15 minutes back to the store just to get it, only to be blamed for the mistake and completely ignored when I tried to explain the situation. No apology, no accountability, nothing. The bare minimum would have been a simple “I’m sorry this happened”—instead, I got attitude and dismissal. Very disappointing experience.
