  First time they gave me the wrong crust … second time I paid extra for the peppers… low n behold… just one pepper 😒 pathetic

  Food was perfect and service speed was top notch. The guy at the register unfortunately was not friendly. Didn't even return my hello or have a great day. 🤷🏻. The guy who ultimately got my food was nice and attentive.

  I've gone here 3 times and every experience varies at this location. This last time my order was completely wacked. I ordered 2 of the new pan pizzas 1 with half cheese half sausage, 1 'the meats' and 1 oreo pinwheel. Papa John's offered delivery online, but the location didn't have the capacity to do so. In the end, Doordash made the delivery... 2 greasy, unsealed boxes (left unsealed by Papa Johns not Doordash). I brought the pizza inside, grease now running down my elbow and inspected it to see what all the mess was... It was breadsticks? 🤨 I didn't order breadsticks. I was missing my 'the meats' pizza, my half & half was actually a 3/4 with the toppings going onto the plain cheese side (plus they were the wrong toppings) and my oreo pinwheel was breadsticks. Lost my appetite the way they threw everything together🤢 I ended up driving to the location confronting 1 of the 8 'employees' standing around chatting, returned the pizza and got my money back. That will be my last time at that place.

  Where is customer service? They charge us $20 in person for a Pizza and online is 12 when they say it’s the same price online. And online we would have got a soda and cheesy bread
