Rude manager on the phone. Lied about my delivery said completed. But the guy lied and said the address doesn't exist and the phones disconnected. That's why you were at the gate and the front gate called me. Refunded my money and didn't even offer to remake or bring the order back out. Pathetic human beings here. Especially the driver and person who finally answered my phone with a "hello" not even saying "thank you calling Papa John's how may I help you". Rude just straight rude lying ... people

I enjoy the quality of Papa Johns moreso than other chains, but I couldn’t bear to give them money after how rude Kyle was on the phone. I have never spoken to someone who regards their customers with such disdain and arrogance, he is genuinely the rudest person I have ever come across. Working in a customer-facing role, you would think he had learned how to speak to people at some point in his life. I suppose not. He lacks any kindness, courtesy, or manners that are required for this role. If he cannot do so much as answer a telephone without an attitude, I cannot imagine how his poor coworkers feel having to deal with his poor behavior every day. I hope this franchise takes the time to train him better or let him go if training doesn’t work. Do better Kyle.
