We’re in town for a wedding at Disney, and she was so sweet and genuinely engaging when she asked about our trip. She took the time to chat with us and made us feel so welcomed. Trish was attentive, kind, and truly went above and beyond with her customer service. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who clearly enjoys what they do and makes guests feel special. She made our visit even more memorable. Thank you, Trish!
- KJKevin Joyce5 days ago2.0Very watery ice coffee. Ice coffee should never be lighter in color than iced tea. I don't understand why this is such a difficult thing for Panera stores to figure out. I have gone to cafe's in NH, MA, CT, VA, FL and more of them have blah ice coffee than good. 2 pretty consistent locations with good ice coffee are the Panera by SeaWorld in FL and the Panera in Leominster MA. The Panera chain likes to claim consistency but their ice coffee is not consistently good.
