  Outback is it... All the time ! Was hungry for ribs, and no doubt in my mind it had to be Outback Restaurant. You like good ribs cooked perfectly practically forking it off the bone without needing a chainsaw (just kidding), Outback never deceives me no matter where I eat in Florida or USA. Also had a great experience going at this location at 996 Heritage Pass in Davenport, fairly new location since 2024, the atmosphere was unusually quiet for a Thursday night, nice TV screens over the bar area, very pleasant server, ask for Mandy, had top notch service with other teammates too. The steaks are very good too ! Easy decision, you want a good meal, Outback is the place. I fully recommend this location. Will definitely go back... While you're at it, download the app to get points for future perks ! Thank you Outback... Merci beaucoup from a French Canadian !

  Amazing service and the food was hot and delicious. The store was beautifully decorated. Our server Mandy was phenomenal. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and she took her time to introduce is to the current promos. Thank you to the entire staff for making my first visit at this location a great one. I will be a boomerang and will visit again! Aussie, Aussie, Aussie! Oi, Oi, Oi!

  The food is not bad but I did not receive quality service. The service was slow and the server was rude. I waited 15 minutes to receive my drinks which arrived after my appetizer did and I had no napkins or silverware to eat my appetizer. The manager on duty did offer to give the meal for free which at least was an attempt to make things right.

  I went in on a Wednesday, and the restaurant was super slow. At first, everything was going well, but throughout the service, our waitress went MIA. We constantly had to look for her just to get drink refills or more bread. When our food arrived, two of the steaks at our table weren’t cooked to the correct temperature. By the time our waitress came back to check on us, we were nearly done eating. After we finished, she told us we could cash out using the table kiosk. However, we had ordered the 3-course special Outback is currently offering, and we had to remind her of that. She apologized, but considering how slow it was, it was hard to be understanding. Meanwhile, the management stood by the host stand the entire time and never came around to check on guests or ask how our meals were. Overall, we left disappointed. The location is great, but the service was not. Management really needs to step up, especially when there were only about 5 to 8 tables in the whole restaurant.

  After waiting for about 10 minutes on the host stand hostess came and apologize for the waiting, she seems pretty outgoing and friendly, got sat i believe on the only station open since it looks pretty slow night, out server was very polite and did her job well, Kitchen dropped the Ball, appetizer onion came out perfect on presentation but the fryer oil was burned already, the taste was awful and the color of the onion was dark instead of golden brown, place order and sever brought bread probably was on the Warner for hours it was hard, ribeye came out well done I ordered medium, Mac and cheese wasn't even warm, ice cold, burger was super tiny compared with the picture on the menu, fries were cold and baked potato was old. No manager around. Server told manager about my steak she said they will take out the Mac and cheese from the bill... they didn't Poor management on Monday Nov 3rd night around 7:30 to 9pm
