  I ordered lunch and got the steak sandwich w potato. After paying close to 20 for my meal the food was not worth it if it is to come out cold hard not fresh. The bread was toasted , but it was hard and cold. Almost like my food was quickly cooked and then sat there waiting for pick up when it was a later pick up. Definitely was not happy with my food... for was cold and hard..

  Hello people, I went to this location today very happy and excited to try outback for the first time. Unfortunately I was sadly disappointed. I had no food, no drink, and not even bread. The waitress attended to the 2 white men that arrived after us instead of serving us whom attended a whole 10 minutes before them. With that being said even though we had a reservation we still decided to leave due to lack of respect and the non-attentive attitude from the workers. (P.s. when talking to the manager he was very dismissive and hung up before we could even finish speaking. He did not care for the situation at all and that was also very dissatisfying.)

  I made a reservation for 5 people and we're seated there for 15 minutes and didnt even get greeted. But other people came in and got greeted and got drinks. I made a call and spoke to a supervisor who didnt want to listen to anything I had to say and hung up in my ear. Worst customer service never going back there.

  We’ve been to a number of Outbacks over the past few years but this was our first visit to this one - and we can walk to it from our condo! It’s a square modern restaurant with not much character but plenty of tables, booths and at the bar dining. Menu is pretty long so lots of options to consider though we always have a steak! Our server looked after us and soon brought us bread and our drinks and not long after - our Bloomin onion - can’t resist it! The onion was as we remembered it with good flavour and as always not enough dipping sauce! Our main meals took forever to arrive - not sure why as restaurant was half empty . My delmonico ribeye was well cooked and very tasty especially with the chimichuri sauce. My wife’s fillet was quite overcooked so enjoyed it less than I did. The Caesar salad side was tasty. Overall the experience was good rather than great.

  Excellent experience. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality they offer. I ordered the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. I asked for it medium well and it initially came out slightly undercooked, but our server handled it immediately with great attitude and efficiency. Within minutes it was returned at the perfect temperature. You can tell the team works in great coordination — everything was impressively fast without feeling rushed. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes and still got to enjoy the full experience. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back.
