All the employees here all look like they hate their job! 😕 like at lest be grateful to have a JOB! I ordered 2 meals, asked them to please put each meal in a separate bag the girls response was “ we don’t do that here” we can give you a bag and you can do it yourself. Like honestly I never have high expectations when coming here only reason I do stop is becauee my daughter loves McDonalds but Lord the service always goes from bad to worse 😒

3 visits over 2 weeks on vacation. First visit they didnt have ANY soda. Second visit, they left out my daughters fries from.a happy meal! Third visit, my daughter didnt get alher sauce for her nuggets. Not a single visit was without issue.

Told me it would be 7 minutes for Apple pies at 4:16am. Ok no problem… at 4:40, I’m still waiting for no update.. she told me to move to the second window at around 4:25 saying that we’re almost done then left me sitting there waiting for over 15 extra minutes. Went back around to ask for a refund, the manager was super nice and apologized many times explaining the machine told her a different time than was said and she shift change. She was great however, I’m starving and wanted a quick bite before going home to sleep. No one communicates except with each other, this is my regular McDonald’s which I go to multiple times in a month and this experience definitely ruined my image of the place. Will be back but never again for breakfast this early.
