  They can get really busy sometimes, but you can see they're trying their best and the food always comes out great. I love coming here on my way to work or school. Everyone is super sweet and over all such a nice vibe.

  The bagels here are so good. If i could eat here everyday i would. The staff there are really nice and you can tell they're working hard. The french toast bagel is absolutely delicious

  It was my first visit at this location. Mark gave good recommendations and came back later to check up on us. It was clean too

  Just needed coffee and got a whole lot more. Hot coffee comes as a selection of 3, I choose the hazelnut and vanilla and it is delicious. We also ordered a bagel, there is a huge selection of sweet and savory bagel options and plenty of fillings. Being breakfast time we ordered an egg, pork sausage and Swiss, on a jalapeno and cheese bagel. It was tasty, fresh, warm and delicious. Zero complaints. The cafe is clean and fresh, the staff are polite and chatty and I also popped to the restrooms, which were clean and well maintained. An absolutely 💯 pleasant, tasty, experience, well done Einstein Bros, your team are doing you proud 🫶🏻

  Ordered five sandwiches through the app. Drove home and opened the bag—only four sandwiches were there. The drive wasn’t worth going back, which meant someone in our house had to skip a meal we paid for in full. I tried calling the store for over 10 minutes and no one answered. Terrible service, no accountability, and no follow-through on customer care. Not worth the price or the drive.
