  First visit to this Einstein Bagel and we enjoyed it. We signed up for their app and rewards and were given a free bagel with smear and side with purchase. We ordered the apple cinnamon bagel toasted with strawberry smear and a Twice baked HashBrown and purchased a chocolate cold brew and my husband ordered the cranberry bagel with plain smear with a twice baked HashBrown and purchased a Caramel Cold brew. Both bagels/smear combinations were excellent. The twice baked HashBrown really could use a little something like chopped roasted red peppers or something. It was on the edge of really good. The cold brews were not our favorite as they tasted a bit watered down and the flavoring was overly sweet. Next time we may order them half sweet. They have a good selection on the menu including bagel sandwiches for breakfast or lunch. They have some pre-set menu items but you can customize everything. They seem to have a decent amount of seating with a combination of high top tables and low top tables. My only other critique is the placement of the mobile orders as it’s hidden behind the sea of people waiting to pick up their orders. Not sure that there is a better location for this area though. I’m happy Einstein has opened in the Reunion area of Davenport. It’s nice to have an option other than Dunkin and McDonalds for breakfast. I do wish they had a drive through though.

  So excited for this location, love Einstein Bros bagels. Did a mobile order which was ready on time but our toasted bagels with shmear were barely toasted and the shmear was so little that you could see the bagel through it. Lesson learned, order bagels and toast at home with my own cream cheese.

  Nicole the cashier was great super friendly and pleasant. The only problem I had was I saw an employee (Stephanie) WITH THE GLOVES ON TO MAKE THE FOOD pull out her phone to text and take a call then put her phone back in her pocket and kept making the food WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON. Unsanitary and I definitely will not be coming back to this location. Sorry not going back to this location

  I absolutely must share how accommodating this location was. Not only did they remake an order that I incorrectly ordered, but they also allowed me to upgrade it for the same amount with smiles on their faces! 100% customer service!

  I LOVE E.B.! But this location needs to get it sorted out. The wait was ridiculous. I stood in line for forever and then realized that the staff was cranking out "pickup" orders. So, while standing in line, I placed a pickup order. I had my food and drink 2 min later. So, the lesson is, order ahead.
