The only thing that I wasn’t happy with was my mocha cold brew. It was a little watered down. If it wasn’t for that, I would give them five stars all the way!

They did offer to remake the tea for a third time and I said it’s okay. Then we tasted the coffee. She couldn’t even follow Dutch Brothers-protocol when greeting/interacting with customers. Upon thoroughly explaining my inquiry to her, instead of fixing the problem, she just stood there and looked at me as if I don’t know what I was talking about - as if I was at fault here! Her first question to my inquiry also showed she didn’t even pay attention to what I was saying, so I had to repeat myself. News Flash Honey: WE ARE NOT IN NEW YORK, CALIFORNIA OR SOUTH FLORIDA FOR YOU TO BE STANDING THERE AND BE LIKE “Okay………” with an upward inflection in the middle of my inquiry upon me finishing my sentence, assuming that I don’t have an issue! Near the end of my interaction with her, upon her pondering about my problem, she was like “Not In My Paycheck!” before ushering me ahead to the indoor barista who ultimately corrected the order that was handed to me by another DB-chain [in error]. It’s a shame this place has 4.6-star ratings, yet you have such a drive-thru-attendant employee belittling & coming off as authoritative to customers…. Or is it black female customers you do this to??? (Are You RACIST?)🤨 At any rate, DISGUSTING!!!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
