I came in very early in the morning with only a $50 bill. I knew it was a very small chance you guys could actually take it since it was so early in the morning I believe his name is Kevin and he went inside double checked for me. Confirm that it wouldn’t be possible and I thanked them anyways and I was going to continue my day, but the gentleman insisted that he wanted to give me a drink that day. He very kindly paid for it himself and it absolutely made my whole day. That weekend was super rough at work and I truly needed my Dutch Bros.
- EAEva AliceaNov 15, 20252.0Listen I am not one to usually leave bad reviews especially since I have loved Dutch Bros ever since I lived in Colorado and I regularly get Dutch from the Stand in Goldenrod but it seems every time I come to this stand things go wrong. I understand its early since i went about 15 minutes after they opened but getting borderline glared at when the window was opened kinda threw me off and she was very standoff-ish and kinda rude. Then I ordered two of the Holiday drinks, the Hazelnut Truffle and the Holiday Cookie, and I honestly didnt stop to double check them since I almost never have problems at other dutch bros stands but when I took a sip of my drink as I was driving down 27 i realized she had made mine a Candy Cane Mocha instead of the hazelnut truffle, im not the biggest fan of peppermint but I’ll grin and tolerate it but when I gave my best friend her drink, the Holiday Cookie, it was also somehow a Mocha? Just with sprinkles on top and nowhere on the app does it say the Holiday Cookie is supposed to be a mocha because my friend would have gotten something else had she known. Overall from the 5 times i’ve gone to this particular stand I am no raving to go back, given the choice I think next time i’ll wait the extra 15 minutes and wait for 7Brews to open.

Barista or “broista” as the door calls them has been the determining factor of going here versus to the Starbucks across the road. These people truly are UNMATCHED. Had a gentleman today who was a leader of dutch bros originally from Puerto Rico (forgot his name)- and he was the BEST!!! I will forever rave about this place, their service & of course their iced cookie butter I got daily! GREAT WORK! Now the only thing we need you guys to work on is bringing one to Chicago!

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
