What this place is calling "apple fritter" in no way resembles any that we made or that i frequently buy in 7-11. What i was given was a round lump of dough, about the height of 2 doughnuts, probably rolled in cinnamon before a coating of glaze. The hole in the side immediately indicated to me that it was pumped full of apple filling the same way we pumped filling into jelly rolls. Properly made apple fritters are created with "end dough" left over and reworked after the rounds and bars, then have a can of apple chunks and cinimon chopped into the "mess". Before raising and frying. I will not ever go to Dunkin when i can reliably get REAL apple fritters of reliable quality from 7-11 !!!!!
