  20 min wait for some tots and 6 donuts is ridiculous. One person working, that’s on Dunkin. Mark up on donuts not enough to hire a 2nd employee?!?

  They are legit so understaffed. Prepare to wait 30+ minutes, EVERY SINGLE TIME. and they only ever have 1 person working. Legit just shut down if this is how you plan to run an establishment. I feel so bad for the one person who is always working alone.

  My family and I came into this location for the first and can honestly say it was the best experience. We were assisted by Iris, she is fabulous! She is kind and welcoming. She correctly placed our entire order and even made recommendations. She definitely deserves a raise. She was multitasking and still had a huge smile on her face. The food was really good and tasted fresh. We will definitely visit again soon. Thank you, Iris, God bless you for your patience and dedication to your job.

  The workers messed up my drink and food order after I repeatedly confirmed with them what I wanted. Then got an attitude after I told them they made the drink wrong and gave me the wrong food. I would never go to this location again!

  I’ve been coming to this location a little over 5 years, almost everyday. Sometimes twice a day.. the quality of the drinks and food is not always consistent but customer service always makes up for it. But today i hit my final straw. The ladies that worked December 5th 2026, the afternoon shift crew is lacking a lot of customer service. I’m not the one that complains and as i said ive been coming to this location for over 5years straight and some employees recognize me as well, but i never complained about the customer service because it was always on point. The two ladies i’ve dealt with today need an orientation to learn about how to greet customers, talk to customers and don’t scare customers. I’ve ordered through drive thru, the lady went straight to “yes” as in like what would you like today. The whole transaction not once did any of the ladies spoke but when she told me the total. Not once did they say thank you or anything. Which is weird because i work in customer service too, and I ve worked for places that are much smaller than dunkin but still we knew how to speak to customers. My feelings are not hurt because it doesn’t affect me, i can just add 3 minutes to my drive and go to Starbucks down the road. i was just surprised that a big company such as Dunkin has some employees that ruin its reputation.
