We’ve noticed since he’s been renovation both the quality and drinks and service have declined. It’s disappointing when you order an ice coffees and it’s hit or miss whether or not it’s going to be prepared properly or taste like milky water. Employees are not Very friendly or attentive. I think after todays visit and having to toss my large ice coffee learned my lesson and will drive the extra 3 miles to the Dunkin’ Donuts by Posner Park as I am never disappointed when I visit that location.. also the outside seating typically very dirty and like clean to sit at.
