- JSJosh SukaFeb 7, 20261.0We just moved here from Texas and we frequent Dunkin in Texas. Service is always great! I was shocked to visit this location that had almost 10 employees on shift. Not a single one greeted us. Most of the employees had AirPods or headphones on and were talking amongst each other. When requested for creamer for my coffee, the employee said “sure” as if I was bothering her conversation she was having. There was a water spill on the floor which was a slip hazard that no one cleaned it up. I informed the cashier and her response was yes I l know I’ll clean it up. No sense of urgency and poor customer service. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 20 years. The reason for these type of behaviors is poor leadership. This location has a rating under 4 star which tells you how bad their service is. Even worse, how bad their leadership is. This community deserves better and they deserve great, friendly customer service from their local Dunkin! If you’re the owner, you’ve got to do better! I’m not coming back to this location ever again! Please change my mind! Btw, I called to speak to a manager before leaving a review and a staff said there were no managers on duty! I hope this reaches someone who cares and someone that has the courage to step up and make a change! Employees don’t care because leaderships don’t care!
