When they were looking for my order, I overhead them say that all of the orders went out and that they found mine. The manager then said that he would have to cancel because it was cold and that there were no drivers due to the weather, but I was not contacted about any status of my order and I just wasted over an hour for food that I never got and will never get. It seems like they lost my order and just didn’t care.
