Absolutely crazy wait for no reason but laziness.

You call customer care and the system just mocks you by saying 'is this about a catering'. Totally unacceptable that companies put people in situations like this and escape culpability from justice, yet if a person is a dollar short on rent, then the entire goverment is coming for that person. Chipotle is garbage for this move.
