No offer to make my order or anything. I tried to use Pepper to get a refund but it wouldnt until I placed ANOTHER order at the right location?? So I called the store the app sent my order to and couldnt speak with a person. I had to Google a customer support number and they also said they cant refund my order until I place another one at the right location. What kind of policy is that?? Get your guac together Chipotle.
