  A bit disappointed but what can one expect from a chain. I was not offered the bread from the get-go (after I ordered) Had to request it from the bartender who took my order and was NOT busy. Ordered the shrimp and scallop linguini alla vodka. Also ordered the sautéed broccoli ….with I hope it wasn’t just steamed. Came out steamed and lacking flavor. The pasta was way overcooked. Almost mushy. Asked manager if I needed to order the pasta Al dente because it was “mush” and he said “yes”. I asked if mushy was standard and he replied “well if you order the $10 takeaway, we’ll get that right. But you should get on our rewards program too!” Oh boy. Corporate food experience and the last time I’ll come to this marketing restaurant that has zero concern for the customer.

  I’ve been to many Carrabba’s restaurants for a variety of celebrations, but this one absolutely tops them all! The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. The decor was fabulous, and everything was pristine. The food was so so delicious! Our server, Kamila was wonderful, and she made our experience very special. The host was fantastic as well, we didn’t catch his name, but he was welcoming and very accommodating. Thank you to her and everyone that was there last night!

  My husband and I went to Carrabba's in Davenport and had a wonderful diner. From the time you arrive you are greeted at the door to being seated very friendly. Everyone is so friendly and professional. You can tell they enjoy there jobs. The Manager came by to introduce himself and see how our Dinner went. All the servers and staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Our server was Kamila, she was great. She went above and beyond for us. And the other time we were their our server was Jose. He too made us feel at home and went above and beyond for us. Our food was excellent. I highly recommend this Carrabba's in Davenport.

  I am writing this review to share my wonderful experience with Carrabba's Italian Grill regarding a Meet and Greet I hosted on February 13th.2026 With 60 guests to accommodate, I was initially quite overwhelmed. However, the Assistant Manager Breanna was absolutely incredible from start to finish, helping me plan and organize every detail leading up to the event. I also want to specifically commend the four servers who assisted us: Stashia, Jose, Anthony, and Mark. Their professionalism was beyond expectations. They were extremely polite and handled a large party with ease. Many of my guests commented on how perfect the service was and how friendly and professional the staff remained throughout the night. the food was excellent and every guest mentioned how much they enjoyed their meal. I truly thank the team from the bottom of my heart; I was worried about the event turning out right, and they went above and beyond to ensure it was a success. I would certainly choose this team to host any of my future events. Please ensure these individuals are recognized for their outstanding hard work. Thank you very much, Rhonda Jones

  Our Valentine’s Day celebration at Carrabba’s Italian Grill began on a slightly rocky note due to an initial seating issue. While it was not the ideal start to what we hoped would be a smooth evening, what truly stood out was the outstanding leadership and professionalism shown by Rob, the manager on duty. Rob immediately stepped in, listened attentively to our concerns, and handled the situation with grace, efficiency, and genuine care. His proactive approach and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction completely transformed the direction of our evening. Rather than allowing the situation to diminish our experience, he turned it into an example of what true hospitality looks like. Once everything was resolved, we were able to fully relax and enjoy what became a wonderful and memorable Valentine’s celebration. The ambiance was warm, inviting, and perfectly suited for a special occasion. The food was absolutely delicious—expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Each course exceeded our expectations and added to the overall enjoyment of the night. In addition, our waiter, Lucas, provided exceptional service throughout the evening. He was attentive without being intrusive, professional yet personable, and ensured that every detail of our dining experience was handled seamlessly. His positive attitude and attentiveness further enhanced what became a truly enjoyable night. Although our evening began with a small challenge, the way Rob and Lucas handled the situation demonstrates Carrabba’s commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. We ultimately had a great time and left feeling appreciated and valued as customers. Their dedication made our Valentine’s Day celebration special, and for that we are sincerely grateful.
