We ended up parking and walking up which is very unintuitive the way everything is setup including have to walk across both drive-thru lanes to get to the other side of the building. At least there was a menu over there... except no prices. Anywhere. When I was asked for my phone number I was thinking that's how I'd get my receipt so I could see the breakdown of my order. Nope. Just marketing texts. Loud music made it difficult to sit and enjoy. Otherwise service was fine. Beverage was average compared to all of the other options up and down 27 these days. I might be willing to give it a second chance down the road. We'll see.

I asked for a medium iced double shot blondie latte w / marshmallow and chocolate drizzle- confirm with the girl on the tablet and when handed our drinks i received a cup full of espresso shots and chocolate drizzle. I inform this isn’t what I ordered and I asked for a double shot latte w/ chocolate and marshmallow and get a cup of milk in return without my espresso shots. We had already waited in line for 20 mins- just go to a different location.

Makayla at the drive thru was as personable as she was knowledgeable and more than happy to give recommendations! And she gave amazing ones across the board! If I had somewhere to hire someone as thrilled by new customer engagement as her I would have offered her a job on the spot.

Today one of the employees noticed the Just Married sign on our car. She was so sweet and excited for us, then she gave us two free drink cards and two ornaments. It was so kind! Made our day
