There is no drive up window you drive and an employee is outside taking your order. Now...some people will really like this....but if your on the shy side this could be intimidating since your forced into a conversation. But I would go back again. Great drinks and prices.

They are more worried about dressing up like " Alice and wonderland" characters than getting the orders correct this isn't the first time and I'm not bashing the young ladies they were nice but they got to get the orders correct or maybe its a quality of ingredients thing maybe the ingredients are not being mixed correctly or stored at proper temperature but my wife and daughters drinks were GROSS!!!
