  Don't get me wrong, the bagels are great. But this is the 3rd time we have ordered a dozen bagels sliced, and they were not sliced! We usually by these bagels to feed staff, but we do not have a bread knife to cut the bagels, only plastic knives for spread. This has been such a hassle and inconvenience, we will no longer be going to Einstein bagels, as there staff is not trained well enough to read a simple order.

  Do not go here! What a nightmare. Line is out the door and the workers are so slow and rude. The black lady who runs the register is nasty. Waited 30 minutes for our food after we ordered. Sloowwww service and there are so many workers. Would never go back.

  The staff was really nice and open to questions since it was our first time going there! The manager was really kind. I have the farmhouse and my boyfriend had the all-nighter and both were really good!

  Mark and the team are amazing! I have loved Einstein for many years and was excited that one finally opened near me. I have never had a bad experience with this team and enjoy seeing them several times a week!

  Dined here during opening week, and everything came out great. Today, however, was a very disappointing experience. Waited 35 mins for a bacon/egg/cheese bagel and a salmon lox cream cheese sandwich. For the amount of employees working today, the wait time should not be that excessive. It almost seemed as there was no team work, organization and leadership to right the ship. Won’t be dining here anytime soon.
