  Usually have no issues here but Today April 23 2026 i went and got a L frozen coffee and triple shot espresso on the side. When asked if I wanted whipped cream I replied on the side please. Once I reached the window the woman took it upon herself to decide my side cream was for my dog and charge me for a pup cup which I did not receive either way. So no whipped cream for my coffee and extra charges... thanks to the girl at the window for your excellent manager skills smh.

  Never been charged for Xtra cream cheese before but this Dunkin is stingy. Won't be going here again Didn't even get much extra. Shame on you

  The employees are nice and make sure you have everything you need. I’d like to call out one employee Rosa. Every time I go in, Rosa is there with a welcoming presence.
