  Placed an order through the app at 9:10pm to pick up inside. Go inside and there’s a girl sitting down on her phone with the other one is working. They tell me the lobby is closed, so I asked why the app let me place it for in store pick up. Her response was “I don’t control the app” instead of offering to make my 2 coffees. One of the girls the proceeded to lock the doors. I’ve now been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for 2 coffees that should’ve been handed directly to me for the inconvenience of your online ordering system. Its people like this that make it hard for other people who work in food and beverage. I got my order at 9:36pm Coffees were good, just bad customer service and long wait times. Dunkin- Do better.

  Food is great and the drinks come out quick but for some reason they don't notice that the people on the grill are drowning and holding up all the orders. Go help them out a little, especially if all your customers have their drinks and you're way ahead of the game. Teamwork makes the dream work baby.

  Otw to the airport my parents just wanted their normal hot coffee. We asked for 1 spenda and 2 cream and they made it with 3&3 and we had to stop at the next dunkin to buy a new one because turning around in fl wouldve taken far more time by the time we had tried the coffee

  My husband and I just moved here about a year and a half ago from Lakeland. This dunkin may have a long line but the customer service makes up for it. This dunkin has never got my order wrong and customer is always amazing from everyone. I go at least once a week to get breakfast coffee and pup cups for all 4 of my dogs in the morning and the younger girl who works the drive through is the kindest person! Always smiling and so sweet! I never bring all 4 at once just one or two of the dogs at a time so she always offers to put lids on the pup cups that I’m taking home for the others. I’ve never been to a dunkin that did that. This dunkin really goes up and beyond!

  Worst customer Service ever they will pick and choose who they want to help at 7:06 one of the Employees told my husband he had to get out of the store and pick up his order through the drive-through while having customers in the store it took us about 30 mins to get to the order speaker and a other 10 min to get to the window Mind u I order my coffee at 7:04 once we got to the window I asked what time the doors open they said 7:00 she also said because they are short staff and tbh they are not they all either hiding in the back , talking in group while people wait hours for there Coffee they are all young kids most of the time are playing around and the two managers that are there do not care enough to correct them also when we got to the window 3 out of 4 of the girl employee were in a group talking and laughing into they Heard the girl in the window getting the speech then they choose to start moving a do coffee it also say 24 hours
