  I lived in the United States for a year while studying, and during that time I fell in love with a very specific Domino’s pizza—like, really specific: thin crust, garlic parmesan sauce, premium chicken, and barbecue sauce on top. I absolutely love that pizza. When I went back to Brazil, I missed it a lot, and every time I come back to the U.S. as a tourist, I make a point of getting it. I’ve had it in several places in San Diego, Miami, North Carolina… everywhere, basically. This time I came to Orlando with my daughter, and in the first few days I went to the Domino’s in Haines City. I asked them to add barbecue sauce on top, and the employee was super nice—no problem at all, he just did it. After a few days I came in to this spot to order my pizza before returning to my country but it was a completely different story. First of all, the employee looked annoyed the moment we walked in, like we were somehow ruining his day. Even so, I stayed polite and friendly and asked for my pizza, requesting the barbecue sauce on top. He just looked at me and said: “NO. I CANNOT DO THAT.” Honestly, what the hell? You work with customers, you’re visibly irritated, and you can’t accommodate a simple special request? I’ve had maybe one store out of ten say no before, but most places just do it, and I genuinely don’t understand why some refuse. It costs them nothing—it’s totally doable. They could simply be kind and make it happen. I even offered to pay extra, but no. He just “couldn’t do that.” The truth is, he could—he just didn’t want to. I understand that each franchise has the right to set its own rules, but let’s be real, he wouldn’t get fired over something like that. The more I deal with people, the more frustrated I get. So yes, this bad review is mostly because of the employee’s attitude—rude, impatient, and unfriendly. Nobody is responsible for someone else’s personal issues, and those problems shouldn’t be taken out on customers—and vice versa.
