  Apple juice had mold on the inside of the cap, The service was absolutely amazing and so was the food but the they cant be leaving molding drinking out like that because i didn’t realize to look inside the cap half way done with the drink. I ended up throwing up this morning and got really sick

  Worst Chipotle Ive ever been too. Dirty. Food was dried out and old. Queso looked like rubberized melted crayons. I love Chipotle but this one needs some help. Im shocked it's in business and it looks brand new. I've never seen the beans dry up and have no liquid in them unless they've been sitting there for hours the meat was chewy everyone that ate it with me felt nauseous afterwards and felt sick. Maybe the look should have given it away for me. Sad cause I love Chipotle and this place is right near where I stay. Tearss

  Probably the worst Chipotle in the US, always a line and they dont communicate on why its taking forever. Associates stand around laughing instead of just putting out what's taking them 15 min to make one order. Commutation is key get better management ASAP.

  The WORST chipotle I’ve ever been too! & for it to be fairly new is so unfortunate. Employees are slow, have attitudes or just look like they don’t want to be there, if you’re having a bad day just stay home. Visited today first thing they say wasn’t hello it was “ no chicken, no fajita veggies, wait on rice “ meanwhile you have a gentleman just walking back & fourth not doing a thing! I live walking distance & trust me I’ll NEVER step a foot back into this location My final result - HARD rice, burnt chicken & wasted time.

  This was the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. I placed an app order for 3 bowls, and when I got home, I realized that 2 of them were completely missing the chicken. Only 1 bowl had any protein at all. I live about 15 minutes away, so by the time I noticed, I had already wasted a trip. I called the store and spoke to the manager. He gave me two options: drive back for a remake or request a refund through the app. What stood out immediately was the complete lack of apology. Not even a simple “sorry about that.” Instead, after I said I’d come back, he told me, “Oh and don’t forget to bring the two bowls.” So I drove all the way back, handed them the bowls, and was told it would take a few minutes. A few minutes turned into about 20, while they continued helping everyone else in line, including customers who came in after me, before fixing the mistake they made on my order. By that point, I was beyond frustrated and asked for a refund. That is when an employee said, “Sorry for the wait, I’m just going to make it really quick for you because at this point it don’t make sense to ask for a refund after you drove all the way back for your food.” That comment was unbelievably dismissive and only made the situation worse. I should not have had to drive back because of their mistake, wait even longer while being ignored, and then be talked to like I had no real choice but to accept it. This location showed zero urgency, zero accountability, and terrible customer service from start to finish. Messing up an order is one thing. Acting like the customer is the inconvenience after wasting their time is something else entirely. I will not be returning to this location.
