  The food is consistent with what you expect from Chipotle, but the service at this location was disappointing. There was only one person handling the entire line and taking orders, which made the wait unnecessarily long. Meanwhile, the rest of the team stood around talking and waiting for orders to be completed instead of jumping in to help clear the line. It’s frustrating to watch one employee do all the work while everyone else chats in front of the customers. They definitely need better management and teamwork here.

  Food is always enjoyable but the service isn’t the best. One person making food whilst the others are standing around with zero care or in the back singing their hearts out. Employees are never in a good mood. A little team work goes a long way, or a responsible manager on duty !

  A very bad experience. The manager treats the employees disrespectfully and in a humiliating manner in front of customers. It is uncomfortable and reflects terrible management. I will not be returning.

  I’ve been to this establishment now 8 times in the last 2 weeks. My order averages about $40 each time. The portions given for bowls have declined steadily. I’ve asked both workers and managers as to why the portions have gone down steadily. No one has a good answer. I now know I’m being price gouged and being taken advantage of. This used to be a good place to get food for my family.
