While I'm nearing the end of crafting my bowl I tell the lady I want guac on the side please and she puts the guac on the bowl. I then try to get her attention several times by saying excuse me it was on the side before she finally notices I'm speaking to her. I tell her that no it was on the side thinking she would just scoop some in a cup for me. That's when she begins to act as if it's the end of the world when mind u she messed up my bowl...but she calls over her coworker to tell her about HER MISTAKE and then they tell me that I had told her on the side after she already scooped it into my bowl when that was not the case. That's when my boyfriend backs me up and tells them that I said on the side the first time. To try and end this foolish altercation I tell her it's fine with the guac on the bowl but they say no and proceed to scoop it off and replace the ingredients in which they add sour cream when I told them NO sour cream the first time. A simple "Oh I'm sorry" with just a thing of guac on the side would've sufficed but instead, she chose to make a big deal by telling another coworker instead of fixing her own mishap.

The chicken was 80% chewy and I ended up throwing it in the bin. The staff were nice enough but definitely wouldn’t come back to this location
