  Unprofessional staff with poor customer service. Employees become defensive when politely corrected after making mistakes, creating an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the lack of a staffed cashier forces customers to rely entirely on self-service kiosks, which is inconvenient and frustrating. I’d give it 2 stars instead of 1—the food itself isn’t bad. However, the poor customer service and lack of proper staffing at the counter really take away from the overall experience.

  Bad service they paid me no attention food was could. Older lady was rude. Don't bring kids or family here. Fire all of them. Y'all need a new staff. Poor service and not friendly service. Get all new staff. Bringing down the name. Omg. Never coming here again if they don't want to work they shouldn't come in.

  This location is inconsistent when it comes to Service, food and atmosphere. Whenever the owner or general are absent; the service immediately goes out the window. Unequivocally, Jericho has been the ONLY consistent employee there [Thank you for all that you do] for customers like me.

  10 minutos esperando atención, y nadie atiende y no había nadie en el local , no hay ninguna pantalla que muestre que están preparando tu pedido , y tienes que memorizar un número que aparece en la pantalla para saber cual es tu pedido , no te da ni la opción de ponerle un nombre , también hay ofertas en la vidriera que después es imposible conseguirla y tampoco los empleados colaboran

  I ordered f breakfast thru my app 15 min before breakfast ended someone from this store canceled my order i was literally outside in the parking lot I went inside the smpanish lady with glasses either name maria or carmen what ever her name is told me to do it over in the app so I did then as I was doing it it switched to lunch so I told them to please fill my order they refused to cause it was 1 min after 10:30 mind u what i wanted was still available. And they denied me service the guy she called dennise was no better this place is horrible and needs new staff... this location sucks.. I will be contacting corporate ...
