This was a great value for the money. The happy hour is great! We had an excellent waitperson who really made our meal special. Natalie has a smile as wide as the Mississippi and a warm and joyous personality. It was great.
Came here for dinner food was good. I sat at the bar and service was slow but understandable. I just didn’t like the atmosphere, and lighting is poor, I like well lit places. Cleanliness can be better and needs upgrading for my taste. I will pass next time I’m in the area. Best part was their fish tank.

Had an absolutely great dinner at Islamorada Fish Company! Being tucked inside Bass Pro Shops gives it such a cool, unique atmosphere that I wanted to share with someone who had never been there before. Food is consistently good, but service is what really blew us away that evening. Melissa was a total rockstar—she was incredibly attentive, knew the menu inside and out, and her recommendations were spot-on. If you go, ask for her! I go there often with my family and it's always delicious. Also thank you to the owner or manager for your response on my other review

Our waiter was friendly and had good descriptions and suggestions. The grouper Reuben was good but not great. It was lightly fried, not great and was a large piece of fish. It's got Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and color slaw on rye. Even though it comes with a side of color slaw, it still needs more generous amount of color slaw on it. Fish sandwich is supposed to be their specialty but that was a greasier fried version. French fries are quite good.
After dinner someone discovered that you can get a discount card for the restaurant at Bass Pro shop next door so go there first!

The service was very disappointing. Our waitress, Natalie, did not acknowledge our table for over 10 minutes after we were seated. She seemed more focused on a large party rather than providing equal attention to all of her customers.
When she finally approached the table, she did not greet us or welcome us with a simple hello. When we asked about a certain dinner item on the menu, her response came across as sarcastic rather than helpful or professional.
Customer service should include attentiveness, courtesy, and equal service to all guests. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had. Her service lacked basic hospitality and engagement, which made the dining experience feel neglected.
