With delivery nobody seems to take responsibility. Since they now put everything in one bag and staple it shut I know the error was Subways, not Uber eats. This last time I was so mad the soda was missing I tried using Subway 's Sammie service bot thing. It took forever to get thru all the screens but I finally got an incident number. Five days later I got a message saying the case had been resolved. Nobody ever contacted me by email, phone or text. The email didn't tell me what the resolution was! I checked to see if they had given me any extra reward points or credited my charge card back a few bucks. Nothing. The world won't end because I didn't get my diet Coke but AI customer service sucks.
