  Delicious and great atmosphere. I ordered the kid fish tenders, JB roll sushi, and Lunch shrimp tacos. Everything was fantastic. Debra R was such a pleasure to have as our waitress and made she we were taken care of the whole time.

  Natilie was fantastic. She was attentive to all of our needs. Brought us bread and drinks before we even asked for them. Food came out great temperature and tasty like always. We ordered several items at various times and Natilie was more than willing to tend to all of our requests. Will be requesting Natilie every time we visit. Thanks again Natilie!

  The service was very disappointing. Our waitress, Natalie, did not acknowledge our table for over 10 minutes after we were seated. She seemed more focused on a large party rather than providing equal attention to all of her customers. When she finally approached the table, she did not greet us or welcome us with a simple hello. When we asked about a certain dinner item on the menu, her response came across as sarcastic rather than helpful or professional. Customer service should include attentiveness, courtesy, and equal service to all guests. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had. Her service lacked basic hospitality and engagement, which made the dining experience feel neglected. The service was very disappointing.   Loved our experience here! Ellie our server was beyond sweet and we had the big fish bowl, elk sliders and the coconut shrimp which were all delicious! And dont even get me started with how amazing the sugar coated bread that came with the meal as it even beats texas road house’s bread and butter! The over all ambiance was so cool with a giant fish tank which just made the experience even cooler!

  Well I want to say driving down 95 south the restaurant caught my eye. My wife and I decided that being part of Bass Pro Shop it must be first class… Wow were we wrong! The experience began with a lady that greeted us like she didn’t want us there. She seemed alittle off but we all have bad days or not so good days so we thought nothing of it. Well we’re arrived at 650pm and was told we had a 15 minute wait which was resonable . We walked through the Pro Shop and went and sat down patiently. 30 minutes went by and we watched other guest who arrived after us get seated. I commented at 740 and I was rudely responded to. Getting up close I smelled alcohol on the ladies breath as she rudely responded to me. I was absolutely appalled. The gates were being closed at 745 because the restaurant was closing at 8pm. We ended up leaving with no dinner and an attitude from the lady at the front counter. being a business owner myself such behavior from any employee let alone a greater was unacceptable. We were treated so poorly and we also watch how she treated other patrons the same way and turn people away. That was our first and last time setting foot in this establishment………
