One employee was cleaning, a few were busy with other things, and one was counting coins. Even though he clearly saw us, he didn’t help us, didn’t say “welcome,” and didn’t even look up. After 5-6 minutes, he finally went to the register and started taking our order. We ordered 9–10 different items. At the end, we asked for water for our thermos. He said he would charge us for it, and he said it in a very rude way. We have never experienced anything like this anywhere else. Whenever we asked for water before, they always said “of course” and gave it to us. Because of this, we left without buying anything. This Dunkin location should be avoided. The employees are very indifferent and rude. Especially the man at the register—his attitude was terrible. An employee like this will ruin this store. After that, we went to another Dunkin location 5–6 minutes away. We placed the same order and asked for water for our thermos in the same way. They gave it to us immediately without any issue at all. This clearly shows that the problem is the man working at the register at this location. Just so you know. We definitely do not recommend this place.
