  We always make a point to stop in at Outback whenever in Florida. It never disappoints with its vast menu. The boomerang cheese sticks were awesome and the salad always hits. The ribs were so-so. Overall happy and will return next year.

  Poor. Came in at near closing ordered simple things to not stress the kitchen during closing hours. hostest sat me at a booth and it took a pretty long time to be acknowledged by wait staff. Once they understood I was not a monster ticket they ignored me for the most part. Also food delivery one item perfect the other looked like cooked salad and was refused due to quality issues. overall a poor experience. I travel alot so cant say I would ever be back unless by mistake and last option. This chain has alot of flash but the locations sometimes fall flat on delivering that setup.

  Stopped here night before cruise. Hostess was fantastic! Food was good. Waitress was less than stellar. Saw other wait staff come and go with customers. Our waitress eventually showed up. Drinks much later showed up; waitress blaming bartender when the restaurant was not busy. Never came back except to bring check, so much for getting steak sauce. I want to stress other wait staff engaged their customers after ordering. Us not so much.

  I don’t even know where to begin with how unacceptable this experience was. I placed a catering order from this Outback location on Easter Sunday (4/5) around 2pm for a 6:15pm pickup. I had just given birth on 3/26, so we were keeping things simple and ordering in. My husband picked up the food right on time and was back home within 10 minutes. The food was ICE cold. Not slightly cooled from travel — completely cold, as if it had been sitting for hours. The filets were ordered medium and came out well done. We received a single portion salad for what was supposed to feed five people. And to top it off, they included one brownie with completely melted, liquid ice cream. For a $210 order. At that point, dinner was completely ruined. There was nothing salvageable. Even reheating wouldn’t have fixed overcooked steaks and missing portions. We ended up ordering pizza on Easter. Let that sink in. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with a woman who, while polite, tried to blame the issue on me by saying there was “confusion” because I placed the order in the morning — which is completely inaccurate, as the order was placed around 2pm. Regardless, she agreed to a full refund and told me it would hit my account the next day. Monday comes — no refund. I call again and speak to a man who could not have cared less. Zero urgency, zero accountability, and honestly just rude. He told me he’d handle it “when he could get to it” and that it would take another 1–2 business days. That level of indifference toward a $210 mistake is wild. If customer service is that much of a burden, this is probably not the right job. Now it’s Thursday. Still no refund. I called AGAIN, and this time was told that the “Proprietor” has to approve it — even though multiple people are clearly aware of the situation. So here we are, four days later, and nothing has been done. The food was a disaster. The customer service somehow even worse. And the fact that I’ve had to chase down a refund for nearly a week is beyond ridiculous. Do better. Seriously.

  The food was good no complaints. We arrived at 6:35 and were told a 25 minute wait. We were seated at 7:15. 40 minute wait. Only once we asked multiple times if our table was ready. There were multiple tables open though that were clean and ready for service. Once we sat down, they brought drinks to half the table and the rest didn’t receive any. We asked multiple times for water during our time here and never received it, and we asked 2 different waiters for it. We received an order a bread. Later we were asked if we wanted more, but again never received it after asking multiple waiters. My friend ordered a pasta and asked for Parmesan cheese. We didn’t get it till 20 minutes later, once he had finished his plate. Then came dessert, our order came with two cheese cakes, only one was brought out and we waited 30 minutes for it. We asked for the second one, emphasis on multiple times and the waiter always forgot. Another 30 minutes waiting for a to go box and dessert. Although my steak was good, the service was terrible.
