Delicious Cuban food! I got the ropa vieja with black beans and rice and sweet plantains. It was AMAZING!! Tasted very authentic, like your Cuban grandma was in the kitchen cooking.

We’ve being to Padrinos a couple of times for the last 10 years. Food was always outstanding and the ambiance is even better now after the renovation about a year ago. Prices are very reasonable for food and drinks. High recommend if you are in Hallandale area

We came down from St Louis for the weekend to warm up and this was our first time trying a cuban restaurant. We were not disappointed. The waitress was very good and quickly helped us figure out what to order. We really enjoyed the bread and then very quickly our food came out. I had the Lechon Asado (roast pork with moros and yucca), my wife had the Palomilla (minute steak with beans/rice and plantains) and my son had the Pollo Asada (chicken with beans/rice and plantains). Most everything was excellent in every way, our only slight issue was the minute steak was a bit tough, but still had great flavor. We definitely plan to come back next time we are in South Florida!
