  Lobby was closed and line all the way around the building. 25 min. too long for a coffee. too tight to get out of line once you get in with a pickup. When i mentioned the fact that 25 min is a bit long the drive thru guy said he was training new employee's.

  Absolute worst Dunkin experience ever. Multiple workers walking as slow as possible with zero hustle to get your food. Waited 35 minutes behind only 3 cars, then proceeded to wait 10 minutes at the ordering screen waiting to be spoken to. Horrible service. Never support them.

  This place is a joke 25+ minutes on 3 sandwiches and they say “it’s a huge food order”. Like really?!?

  By far the WORST DD I have ever been to. Waited in line for more than THIRTEEN minutes without even as much as a “be right with you” or a hello. There were 4 of us in line and we all just stood there while they tended to the drive thru and made drinks and food. The manager picked up a piece of paper off the floor and then disappeared. Absolutely disgusting service and will never step foot in this place again. And this is the 3rd bad experience at this location but today was the worst

  Hey there, we're writing to share a bit of feedback we've had regarding a particular Dunkin' location we visit pretty often. We're big fans of your coffee and treats, and usually, our experiences are great! Lately, though, we've noticed some of the interactions with the team members at this store have felt a little bit off. It seems like the professionalism and friendly demeanor that we've come to expect from Dunkin' aren't always present, and sometimes it can come across as a bit abrupt rather than welcoming. We completely understand that working in customer service can be really demanding, but we truly believe that a positive attitude and a professional approach can make all the difference for both the customers and the staff. We just think a little extra focus on customer service skills and friendly communication could really help this specific location shine even brighter. We wanted to bring this to your attention because we appreciate Dunkin' and hope this feedback can help improve everyone's experience. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
