  The drive thru at this location is absolutely ridiculous…always wrapped around the building. Seems like they only serve one car at a time. Waited for quite some time to place my order & for my food & when I finally got it, it was wrong. Had to go inside for them to correct it. Would not recommend this location, especially not on the weekends.

  Lobby was closed and line all the way around the building. 25 min. too long for a coffee. too tight to get out of line once you get in with a pickup. When i mentioned the fact that 25 min is a bit long the drive thru guy said he was training new employee's.

  Absolute worst Dunkin experience ever. Multiple workers walking as slow as possible with zero hustle to get your food. Waited 35 minutes behind only 3 cars, then proceeded to wait 10 minutes at the ordering screen waiting to be spoken to. Horrible service. Never support them.
