  I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor and unprofessional service I consistently receive at your McDonald’s location in old cutler road. There is a male employee who regularly works the drive-thru window. On multiple occasions, when I have requested additional hash browns and clearly stated that I am willing to pay for them, he has responded rudely and told me that I “already have enough.” This is inappropriate and unacceptable. As a paying customer ordering four hash browns for my family of four, it is not an employee’s place to decide what is “enough” for my order. Additionally, the manager on duty showed no concern when this issue was raised. Instead of addressing the situation, staff members were heard in the back using profanity and laughing at customers. This behavior is disrespectful, unprofessional, and reflects very poorly on the McDonald’s brand. Customers should feel respected and welcomed, not judged or dismissed when placing a simple order. If an item is available and a customer is willing to pay for it, there is no excuse for rude commentary or refusal based on personal opinion. I am extremely disappointed with this location and believe corporate intervention is necessary. I hope McDonald’s will take this complaint seriously and ensure that staff at this location receive proper customer service training and accountability.

  If I could give 0 stars I would! I got the Mcdouble meal the fries were old cold no taste and about 17 fries Nuggets were old stale and the Mcdouble bread was hard,patties dry this had to have been sitting for hrs.Im so mad on my way to work and fony have time to stop anywhere else.They mat as well close that was so disguting!

  I don’t even know what the point of writing this because they have a 3.3 review so me writing about what the issue is certainly not gonna fix it but here goes. Your staff is horrible. That means your management is horrible which means the one tree whoever owns this place it’s not doing a good job of managing a restaurant. Seems like you don’t take Prideon having a high rating just on the drive-through line and the guys are one monotone one minute I’ll be right with you. Another car gets on the second lane after I’ve been waiting for five minutes and then they start taking care of him. How is that possible? I’ve been waiting here for a moment. Zero customer service.

  Ive waited so long to write this review. This McDonald's is filled with the most incompetent workers.. ever. They dont know how to make a burger (they forget ingredients), they dont use the right ingredients (shredded lettuce instead of leaves of lettuce on a 1/4 pounder), they take a lifetime to make your order. They rarely have chocolate syrup to make a mocha apparently. They dont give the right sauces for the chicken nuggets.. burgers arent wrapped completely.. Im not sure whats with the place, either the managers dont know how to train or the kids who works there are just completely oblivious.
