  The empanadas are good but not worth 5$, also they put a tourist tax in my bill again for the second time. Who in the h goes to cutler bay as a tourist and I don't look like it either. Overpriced and they take too long, plus scam on putting tourist tax. Last time I go there, theres another bakery not far and the service is fast.

  I waited 45 minutes for a simple omelet. The server took other customers’ orders after mine, brought out their food, and then came back to ask me what I had ordered. By the time my food arrived, the experience was already ruined. An omelet should not take the same amount of time as a full dinner, and basic communication or acknowledgment was missing. Unfortunately, the service was worse than the food even though the food was bad as well. Very disappointing.

  Rosa is wonderful, always greets me and other customers with a smile and goes out of her way to assure my order is correct. Casavana is lucky to have Rosa as it's very hard to find excellent customer service nowadays and the food is delicious!! ------ Rosa es muy amable, siempre me recibe a mí y a otros clientes con una sonrisa y se esfuerza por asegurarse de que mi pedido sea correcto. Casavana tiene suerte de contar con Rosa, ya que es muy difícil encontrar un servicio al cliente excelente hoy en día y comida deliciosa!!

  Delicioso almuerzo hoy,. Delivery al tiempo exacto, estaba excelente! Sigan así con su menú y su servicio, ordené online y fue muy sencillo, las fotos del menú, perfecto 💯ah y gano puntos para usar en otro pedido!
