I asked the manager named Sarahi to please give a cup of water, she just told me with attitude that don’t have cup of water in front of others customers I asked twice polite and she refuses. I made my line and order my burrito and the guy who is in the cashier he gave me the cup of water very nicely, I have been a Cust for 15 years and this is the first time that I had treated badly at chipotle. No Cust care absolutely.

Workers have bad attitudes and they never give you the right amount of food. Don’t even think about ordering online, all the bad reviews about half-filled bowls are 100% correct. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I can guarantee if they even respond, it’ll be the same copy and paste as other bad reviews. They don’t care, so just don’t give them your business anymore.
