There was a Spanish-speaking couple in front of me in line, and after paying for their order, they asked for a glass of water and were given two glasses (after they had already paid!). I was next in line, and when paying for my order, I asked for a cup of water (I did this in English), to which I received a disrespectful and clearly aggressive response – "We don't have any cups for water." I never thought that in America I would be judged for ordering in English. I really love Chipotle, I eat there almost every day, and I will continue to do so, but not at this particular restaurant, or at least not while this woman is working there.
