Now I’m looking at my bank account and there are five charges pending. Not to mention when I arrived at the store and had selected curbside, they don’t do curbside, so I’m wondering how long I would’ve sat outside if I didn’t have this credit card issue that I had to take care of inside. There’s nothing in the app or in the curbside area saying that they don’t do curbside. When I went in, of course they didn’t have my order. They were out of all soft drink drinks, all tea, Mayonnaise and Louisiana fries. One lady working spoke zero English and the other one spoke very very limited English. It’s really hard to take care of a credit card issue when they can’t even understand what you’re saying. Obviously I had to contact corporate. The store was dirty, and one of the ladies was eating and could barely pull herself away from eating to Attempt to help me. But remember, she didn’t really speak English so she couldn’t help me. It’ll be a miracle if I don’t get food poisoning.

They told me combo is not by number instead is a reference for what you can order. I told them I ordered the combo which is drink, sandwich and fries and they told I was wrong. Note to the owner: please explain and we’ll train your employees. You just lost 2 repeating customers.
